We are looking to expand our Fund Reporting team and are hiring an Junior Financial Analyst in Vienna.

About the Position

As a Junior Financial Analyst within our Fund Reporting team you will play a key role in managing the operations of over 30 Speedinvest funds and investment vehicles, therefore forming an essential part of our core business and overall success.

You will closely collaborate, acting as the interface between our Finance and Portfolio Controlling team, external legal advisors, investment managers and our investors.

Your Responsibilities

Collaborating with the team to set-up and manage our investment vehicles, including monitoring liquidity, creating budgets and issuing notices or circular resolutions
Creating informative reports (e.g. financial, tax, ESG) for our stakeholders preparing investor and analyst presentations
Writing and reviewing content for our quarterly reports, and drafting investor communications including resolutions, notices, etc.
Supporting investors throughout the fund’s life-cycle, from onboarding and share transfers to handling ad-hoc requests
Managing fund and investor data in our CRM system, helping Speedinvest become a more data-centric organisation
Communicating effectively with relevant internal and external stakeholders, including lawyers, tax advisors, accountants, auditors and, of course, our investors

Your Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably a business-related field, such as finance or controlling, or any other educational backgrounds with a good understanding of business
Initial relevant work experience in a fast-paced work environment, such as consulting or an audit company, a venture capital firm or investment fund
Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail and a good understanding of (accounting and fund) KPIs
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, Word as well as Google Workspace tools
First experience in PowerBI and willingness to use new tools that help us be more productive
Dedicated work ethic, proactive attitude and commitment to a highly dynamic environment
Fluency in both German and English

According to Austrian law we are required to state a minimum salary for this position. The expected minimum monthly salary is EUR 40,000.00 gross annually. However, the final salary will be a competitive package based on previous work experience, hence there is a willingness to overpay.
